I am a Research Assistant at Visualization and Data Analytics Research Center from New York University's Tandon School of Engineering.
Currently I am a first-year PhD student at NYU under the supervision of Prof. Claudio Silva. My research interests are (but not limited to) computer vision, deep learning, human computer interaction and computer graphics. I want computers to have the same visual understanding of the world as we humans normally do.
Trained a model with DC-UNet architecture for the segmentation of lesions in white matter in brain MRI exams.
Undergraduate Thesis
Designed a deep learning model to train one-armed robot to gesticulate like humans.
Advisor: Prof. Shinkyu Park
Developed the simulation of oil channels inside the reservoirs using C++. Used erosion techniques to generate the 3D model from image.
